Terms and Conditions for Using Clubbook.ie

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Clubbook.ie's online business directory (the "Directory"). By using the Directory, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Directory.

1. Use of Directory The Directory is provided as a free service to users for the purpose of searching for businesses and organizations. You may use the Directory to search for other businesses or organizations listed on the Directory. However, you may not use the Directory for any other purpose, including for commercial or marketing purposes, without the prior written consent of Clubbook.ie.

2. Content The content of the Directory is provided by users and third-party sources. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information in the Directory. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions.

3. Registration In order to add your business to the Directory, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information about your business, including its name, address, contact details, and other relevant information. You agree to keep your business information up to date and to promptly update it if it changes.

4. Ownership and License You retain ownership of the content that you submit to the Directory. However, by submitting such content, you grant Clubbook.ie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Directory service.

5. Prohibited Activities You may not use the Directory to:

• engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• harass, defame, or threaten any person or organization;
• collect or store personal data or information about other users of the Directory;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Directory or the servers or networks used to operate the Directory;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Directory or any other system or network used to operate the Directory; or
• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Limitation of Liability Clubbook.ie is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content of the Directory. Clubbook.ie is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Directory.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Clubbook.ie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Directory, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or organization.

8. Termination Clubbook.ie may terminate your use of the Directory at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if you breach these terms and conditions.

9. Modification of Terms and Conditions Clubbook.ie may modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or liability. Your continued use of the Directory after such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

10. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
